Responsibilities
- Rotational assignments in different departments such as retail banking, commercial banking, risk management, and marketing.
- Assist with daily banking operations, including customer transactions, account management, and cash handling.
- Support relationship managers and loan officers in conducting credit analysis, loan processing, and underwriting activities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns, customer outreach initiatives, and digital marketing strategies.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and networking events to enhance professional development and industry knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field, obtained within the past two years.
- Enrollment in or completion of a relevant graduate program is preferred but not required.
Experience
- Previous internships or work experience in banking, finance, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated leadership potential, teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic.
