As an intern with OPM, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and impactful government agency. Responsibilities
  • Assist in conducting research on human resources policies, workforce trends, and federal regulations.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives related to federal personnel management.
  • Collaborate with OPM professionals on projects involving employee engagement, performance management, and training.
  • Contribute to the analysis of data and preparation of reports for senior management.

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a graduate program in human resources, public administration, or a related field.
