- Be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program at the time of application.
- Be a member of a federally recognized Tribe or Alaska Native Corporation.
- Possess a strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Demonstrate a commitment to serving Native communities and promoting tribal sovereignty.
- Have excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Previous internship experience preferred, but not required.
- Experience working with Native communities or organizations a plus.
