Molina Healthcare is excited to launch the Internship Graduate Program for 2024. This program offers graduate students a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the healthcare industry, contribute to impactful projects, and work alongside healthcare professionals dedicated to improving the health and well-being of communities.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Molina Healthcare teams on various projects related to healthcare administration, public health, information technology, or business operations.
  • Assist in research, data analysis, and contribute to project reports and presentations.
  • Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
  • Support day-to-day operations within assigned departments, gaining exposure to various aspects of the healthcare industry.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions to improve healthcare delivery.
  • Engage in administrative tasks and project documentation as needed.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Master's or Ph.D. program in a relevant field such as Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Strong academic record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Passion for healthcare and a commitment to improving healthcare outcomes.
Experience
  • Prior internship experience, co-op, or relevant coursework in healthcare is advantageous but not required.
  • Familiarity with healthcare policies, regulations, and industry trends is a plus.
Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
