Description
We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious graduate students to join our dynamic team at Austin Airport for an exciting internship opportunity. As an intern, you will have the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience in various facets of airport operations, management, and administration.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the airport, including coordinating with various departments.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of airport projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to support airport planning and improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and optimize processes.
- Assist in the management of customer service initiatives and programs.
- Support airport communications, both internal and external.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate student enrolled in a relevant program (e.g., Aviation Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field).
- Strong academic record and a passion for the aviation industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience
- Previous internship experience in aviation, transportation, or related fields is a plus.
- Familiarity with airport operations and regulations is an advantage.
