Responsibilities
- Retail: Assisting with store operations, customer service, merchandise displays, and inventory management.
- Marketing & Communications: Supporting social media campaigns, creating marketing materials, and assisting with event planning.
- Human Resources: Participating in recruitment activities, processing paperwork, and providing administrative support.
- Finance & Accounting: Assisting with data analysis, budget preparation, and financial reporting.
- Information Technology: Contributing to software testing, website maintenance, and technical support.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (exceptions may be considered).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated interest in retail, business, marketing, or related fields.
- Commitment to excellence and a strong work ethic.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status required.
Experience
- Previous retail, customer service, or volunteer experience preferred (not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software (depending on department).
- Bilingual language skills a plus for certain positions.
